MeisterR Sportive coilovers replace the standard dampers and springs on the Mazda MX5 NC (2005-2015) with a height adjustable setup designed for everyday driving, with sharper handling at a lowered ride height. Ride height adjusts across a wide range, from a low, aggressive stance to near-standard height.

The Sportive pairs 6kg/mm front and 5kg/mm rear springs with fixed-damping twin-tube dampers. MeisterR developed the valving in-house to match the spring rates, so the ride stays supple over uneven roads. Think of it as an OEM+ setup: sportier and more controlled than standard, without being track-only.

Installation

The kit bolts in place of the standard suspension. Set the ride height and spring preload, tighten everything to the correct torque, let the suspension settle, then recheck the height and have a four-wheel alignment carried out. We recommend professional fitting.
