Yellow Speed Racing Dynamic Pro Sport coilovers for the BMW X4 G02 (2018 on). They are designed for enthusiasts who want much sharper handling without giving up comfort, and suit daily driving with occasional light track use. This listing is for the xDrive version.
Damping is adjustable through 33 levels, so you can fine-tune the ride for your roads and driving style. Ride height is set by winding the lower bracket up or down, which keeps full suspension travel and damper stroke whatever height you choose. Most cars can be lowered by approx. 50-100mm.
Lower brackets are steel on MacPherson strut cars and forged aluminium on double wishbone cars, with electroplated or anodised finishes. Every application is test fitted and road tested, and a wide range of spare parts is available if anything ever needs replacing.

Fitment

- Fits xDrive models only. Not for cars fitted with EDC.
Not suitable for: models other than xDrive versions, cars with EDC electronic dampers. Please check your model, drive type and strut size before ordering.
Installation
The coilovers replace the standard dampers and springs. Set the ride height and spring preload, let the suspension settle, then recheck the height and have a four-wheel alignment carried out. We recommend professional fitting.
How low will it go?
Most cars can be lowered by approx. 50-100mm, depending on the application. For an even bigger drop, see the YSR Super Low range.
How is the damping adjusted?
A single adjuster on each damper gives 33 levels of adjustment, from soft to firm.
Can I adjust the ride height without changing preload?
Yes. Ride height is set by winding the lower bracket up or down, so spring preload and damper travel stay the same.
Is it suitable for daily driving?
Yes. Dynamic Pro Sport is designed for daily driving with occasional light track use.
Do I need a wheel alignment after fitting?
Yes. Changing the ride height alters the suspension geometry, so a four-wheel alignment should be carried out once the car has settled.
