YSR Dynamic Pro Sport Coilovers for BMW 1M (2011-2012) – 33-Way Adjustable Road and Track Coilovers
Yellow Speed Racing Dynamic Pro Sport coilovers for the BMW 1M (2011-2012). They are designed for enthusiasts who want much sharper handling without giving up comfort, and suit daily driving with occasional light track use. This listing is for the Coupe version.
Damping is adjustable through 33 levels, so you can fine-tune the ride for your roads and driving style. Ride height is set by winding the lower bracket up or down, which keeps full suspension travel and damper stroke whatever height you choose. Most cars can be lowered by approx. 50-100mm.
Lower brackets are steel on MacPherson strut cars and forged aluminium on double wishbone cars, with electroplated or anodised finishes. Every application is test fitted and road tested, and a wide range of spare parts is available if anything ever needs replacing.

Installation
The coilovers replace the standard dampers and springs. Set the ride height and spring preload, let the suspension settle, then recheck the height and have a four-wheel alignment carried out. We recommend professional fitting.
Please note: Pillow ball upper mounts make a small amount of noise. This is normal and does not affect performance or safety. Yellow Speed Racing also offer hardened rubber upper mounts (R/U) for quieter running.

How low will it go?

Do I need a wheel alignment after fitting?
Yes. Changing the ride height alters the suspension geometry, so a four-wheel alignment should be carried out once the car has settled.
