YSR Air Suspension Coilovers for Mazda Mazda3 BP (2019 on) – Air Struts with 33-Level Adjustable Damping, Up to Approx. 5in Drop

Yellow Speed Racing Air Suspension coilovers for the Mazda Mazda3 BP (2019 on). They replace the standard suspension with air struts, so you can raise and lower the car at the touch of a button and get a big drop for a show stance while keeping it usable every day.

Each strut has built-in damping adjustment with 33 levels, so the ride can be tuned for comfortable cruising or firmer, more controlled cornering. Most cars can be dropped by up to approx. 5in (127mm), depending on the application.

The struts work with most air management systems. Management (compressor, tank, valves and controller) is not included, so it needs to be bought separately or added as a bundle.

Fitment

• Mazda Mazda3 BP (2019 on)
• Fits front-wheel-drive models only. Rear shock and air bag are supplied separately.

Not suitable for: models other than front-wheel-drive versions. Please check your model, drive type and strut size before ordering.

Installation

The air struts replace the standard dampers and springs and connect to your air management system. Route and secure the air lines away from heat and moving parts, check every fitting for leaks, then set your ride height and have a four-wheel alignment carried out at your normal driving height. We recommend professional fitting by someone experienced with air suspension.

Please note: Pillow ball upper mounts make a small amount of noise. This is normal and does not affect performance or safety. Yellow Speed Racing also offer hardened rubber upper mounts (R/U) for quieter running. Air management (compressor, tank, valves and controller) is not included. Run the struts between 5psi and 100psi.

Is the air management included?

No. The kit includes the air struts, adjuster cables, knobs, spanners and fittings. You will need a compressor, tank, valves and controller, which are sold separately.

How low will it go?

Most cars can be dropped by up to approx. 5in (127mm), depending on the application.

Can I adjust the damping?

Yes. Each strut has 33 levels of damping adjustment, with extended adjuster cables for easy access.

What size air fittings does it use?

The kit comes with 1/4in or 3/8in air line fittings, so it can match your air management.

Will the pillow ball mounts be noisy?

They make a small amount of noise, which is normal. Hardened rubber upper mounts (R/U) are available for quieter running.

Do I need a wheel alignment after fitting?

Yes. Changing the ride height alters the suspension geometry, so a four-wheel alignment should be carried out once the car has settled.

What warranty is included?
