Nitron elec-TRON DCU for Porsche 911 Carrera 997 (2004-2013) – Damper Control Unit for Semi-Active Damping
The Nitron Damper Control Unit (DCU) turns elec-TRON dampers on the Porsche 911 Carrera 997 (2004-2013) into a semi-active system. It reads data about the car, its attitude and the forces acting on it under braking, cornering and acceleration, and sets each elec-TRON valve accordingly, updating every 5 milliseconds.
A 6-position rotary switch selects from pre-installed damping maps (three passive and three adaptive). Damping is still optimised continuously, but your selection sets the overall level.

Installation
The controller connects to the car's electrical system in place of, or alongside, the factory control. We recommend professional fitting by someone familiar with the car's electronics.
Please note: Use either DCU or Porsche PASM system.

Can I choose different damping settings?
Yes. The 6-position switch selects from 3 passive and 3 adaptive damping maps.
