The Bilstein B12 DampTronic kit is built for versions of the BMW 3-Series F30 F80 F32 F82 that left the factory with electronically controlled dampers. It replaces the standard dampers and springs with Bilstein DampTronic dampers and matched Eibach lowering springs, lowering the car while keeping the electronic damper control working.
The dampers connect to the car's existing wiring, so the factory system carries on adjusting them as you drive. You get a lower stance and tighter body control without losing the electronic damping or leaving warning lights on the dash.

Installation
Fitting replaces the dampers and springs at all four corners and reconnects the damper wiring plugs to the car's harness. Where the car has front struts, they must be dismantled with spring compressors to swap the springs. Check the top mounts, bearings and bump stops while everything is apart and replace any that are worn. Make sure every connector is clipped in fully before the first drive, then let the springs settle and have a four-wheel alignment carried out. We recommend professional fitting.
Will this fit every BMW 3-Series F82?
No. Bilstein makes separate kits for different versions of this car, split by body style, drivetrain, engine or axle load. This one is for the BMW 3-Series F30 F80 F32 F82 (2011-2018). Check the Fitment section and the Not suitable for line, and contact us with your registration if you're unsure.
How much lower will my car sit?

Is the ride height adjustable?

Do I need a wheel alignment after fitting?
